Sometimes when Avalon does a routing, going downwind, it does a little jog to reposition itself (un petit bord pour se repositionner) and there is a lightning (eclair) sign at the beginning and the end of the leg (bord). What does that mean ?
Does that mean that this leg can be avoided by taking a bigger angle to the wind ? But it is faster to do as the router says ?
Thanks
Yves
What does lightning signs mean ?
Re: What does lightning signs mean ?
Think that just indicate a tack change and a penalty also.
Moi, quand on m’en fait trop j’correctionne plus : j’dynamite, j’disperse, j’ventile.
Re: What does lightning signs mean ?
Ah OK, thanks. Simpler than I thought.
